Taking massing models to BIM is effortless with SnapTrude. I'll switch to BIM mode and use the sketch to BIM tool. Here we can set up the properties we want to assign to our model. With one click, Snaprude converts massing into a full BIM model with slabs, floors, and curtain walls. Let's apply it to the rest of the building. It's often helpful to convert sections of your model separately to optimize performance. Next, I'll draw a circular column, copy it across the floor, and adjust heights to update all instances at once. We can also filter and isolate elements for a clear view of the structure. Now, let's go to the object libraries and add doors and windows to our model. In minutes, my massing is now a detailed BIM model that I can export as an editable Revit file. Try now at snaptrude.com.
