In this tutorial, learn more about the program mode. Navigate to the program mode from the project. The program mode has an Excel-like interface where you can input all your program related information. You can add multiple sheets by clicking the plus button, useful for adding custom sheets or calculations. On your left, you'll find the AI program creator to assist in creating a program. You can create and edit a program using the AI prompter box. You can also attach RFPs, building codes, and client specifications as PDFs to add more context to your program. This AI program creator can be collapsed using the button at the top left corner. Once your program is ready, you can export it as an Excel or PDF file. You can share it with other stakeholders using the share button. Simply enter the email ids of the stakeholders who will then receive a viewer option to view the project. There are several ways to create a program. The first is by direct entry. Begin by adding the space label, the space areas, and the count of these spaces. Then hit enter. This will automatically generate the space under the default department name. The second method is by importing a CSV file. To do this, click on the drop down next to your project name and select the import button. From here, select program data option. Begin by downloading the template CSV. This template is where you'll add your labels, areas, and counts. After filling it out, import the CSV into your project. Alternatively, you can copy and paste data from this CSV or any other you're working with. Another way to import data is by using the interpret workflow from the AI program creator. This allows you to work with sheets of your standard format. You can also use the AI prompter to directly start creating spaces. This is how you create programs for your project on Snaptrude.
