“Design rarely moves in straight lines. Update agents let architects correct, refine, and converge without losing the work they’ve already validated.”
- Amy Kim, Product Specialist
What’s New
The AI Stack now supports update agents, allowing you to refine an existing AI-generated design through follow-up prompts instead of rerunning the entire stack. You can freely adjust the program, dimensions, or storey distribution; Snaptrude now updates only what’s needed while preserving everything else.
This turns the AI Stack into an iterative, state-aware workflow.
Why This Matters
- Iterate toward the right outcome without drifting on every rerun
- Preserve completed steps and confirmed decisions
- Apply both small tweaks and larger changes intentionally
- Resume the stack seamlessly if a connection drops
Instead of restarting, you now build on top of the latest confirmed state.
How It Works
- Follow-up prompts are routed to the appropriate update agent (program, dimensions, or storeys)
- The system applies the smallest possible change to satisfy your request
- Unaffected outputs remain untouched
- After the update, the stack continues forward automatically to produce a clean result
You can prompt mid-flow or after the stack completes- updates always apply to the latest state.
Example Scenarios
Mid-stream refinement
“Reduce service area and merge storage into it.”
→ Only service areas update; the rest of the stack stays intact.
Late-stage adjustment
“Move amenities to the ground floor and spread residential across 8 storeys.”
→ The stack revises the final output without restarting.
This update makes the AI Stack conversational, resilient, and truly iterative, bringing it closer to how architects actually think and design.
