Introducing Knowledge: a new way to query information across external documents, Revit projects converted to Snaptrude, and existing Snaptrude projects.

Knowledge brings your firm’s scattered data into one searchable layer, so you can retrieve insights without switching tools or hunting through folders.

Key Capabilities

Query External Documents (Organization Knowledge)

You can now connect external document sources and query them using natural language.

  • Admins can connect sources from the Knowledge tab on the dashboard:
    • Google Drive
    • Google Sheets
    • Dropbox
    • Box
  • Multiple folders or files can be added per connection
  • Knowledge is:
    • Organization-wide
    • Admin-managed
    • Queried via the Knowledge Query Agent
  • Currently supports text-based content for accurate responses

Coming soon: ACC, Procore, OneDrive, SharePoint, Egnyte, Airtable, and more.

Query Past Snaptrude Projects

You can now query data from existing Snaptrude projects using the Project Query Agent.

  • Ask questions across:
    • A single project, or
    • Multiple projects at once
  • Queries currently require a Project ID
  • Responses return as:
    • Structured outputs (tables), or
    • Natural language explanations
