How It Works

  1. Start a Project
    • Begin with a natural-language prompt or upload an RFP.
    • AI analyzes the input, sets up your project, and ensures unit consistency.
    • If no site is chosen, the system prompts you to select one.
  2. Analyze the Site
    • AI evaluates zoning, setbacks, access, height limits, and context automatically.
    • Results are categorized under Site Analysis, Site Constraints, and Zoning.
  3. Generate the Program
    • AI produces structured department and space tables with live streaming.
    • Tables are editable and synced to Program Mode for refinement.
  4. Assign Dimensions
    • Each space receives optimal proportions and aspect ratios.
    • Automatically resolves overlaps and aligns to structural grids.
  5. Stack Stories
    • AI organizes departments vertically, calculating story heights based on program density.
  6. Auto Program Diagrams
    • Instantly visualize your program with department and space diagrams.
    • Outputs are presentation-ready, editable in Present Mode.
  7. AI Inspiration
    • Generates early visual concepts combining your model, prompt, and AI outputs.
    • View results in Present Mode via the “View AI Inspiration” button.
